You must be 18+ to use our services. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

ProWhats provides WhatsApp Business API integration and messaging tools. Use services lawfully and don't send spam or violate WhatsApp's policies. We may limit features based on your plan.

Don't send spam, malware, or illegal content. Don't hack, reverse engineer, or abuse our systems. Don't harass others or violate anyone's rights.

Fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

We own our platform and content. You own your content but grant us license to provide services. Respect all copyrights and trademarks.

Services provided 'as is' without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages or losses. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate terms. Upon termination, you lose access and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
